By accessing and using the NioFlux platform, including the software, hardware and IoT integration services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any condition, do not use our services.
NioFlux provides an industrial digitization platform that includes: installation and configuration of IoT sensors, data transmission to cloud or dedicated server, real-time monitoring dashboards, alerts and reporting system, and remote control of industrial equipment.
The customer agrees to: use the services only for legitimate and lawful purposes, not access or attempt to access third-party systems through the platform, maintain the confidentiality of access credentials, and immediately notify NioFlux of any unauthorized use.
All software, algorithms, interfaces, documentation and content of the NioFlux platform are the exclusive property of NioFlux Lda. The use of the services does not confer any ownership rights over these elements.
NioFlux is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or consequential damages resulting from the use or unavailability of the services. NioFlux total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer in the 12 months prior to the event.
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Customer operational data is the property of the customer and NioFlux does not use it for its own purposes.
NioFlux reserves the right to change these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use of the services after that period implies acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by Portuguese law and European Union regulations. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the district of Lisbon, Portugal.
